There will be a monthly charge of approximately 400 CAD for the maintenance of the Resort and of the common areas as well as snow plowing/removal, garbage collection, maintenance of roads, landscaping and gardening. CBI Developers request the owner to enter a Resort Fee Agreement (Appendix “5” to the Purchase and Sale Agreement) for the purpose of maintaining and paying for the maintenance of the common areas and grant licence for the use of the common areas on behalf of and for the benefit of the Resort Home and the owner.
