Lot reservations can be made with a refundable deposit of five thousand Canadian Dollars ($ 5,000.00) and are valid for a period of thirty (30) days. In case of the proceeding of signing the Agreement of Purchase and Sale the paid reservation deposit will be deducted from the lot purchase price. In case of not proceeding of signing the Agreement of Purchase and Sale the deposit will be retained.
