A selection of home designs and purchase prices from CBI Developers are available for the purchaser to select from.
Each will be constructed through CBI Developers together with local companies and by using quality material. Any changes to the selected home design desired by the purchaser must be approved in writing by CBI Developers prior to the commencement of construction and all costs associated with such changes shall be borne by the purchaser in addition to the purchase price.
