The furniture prices will vary between the kind of wood (e.g. maple, walnut, oak, pine, ash, elm, cherry tree, birch, etc.) and setting (e.g. leather, upholstered, etc.) you choose.
If you exercise the option of placing the Resort Home in the Rental Pool the furnishings package will be chosen by you from the Rental Pool packages offered by CBI Developers. These packages are significantly cheaper than if you were to purchase separately due to the volume discounts negotiated. The furnishings package must conform with similar furnishings of other Resort Homes.
